My big ol fish gal is here! Ms. Siamen! She is considered the training coordinator at C.O.G.S Inc for new resistance rangers brought in after Top Dog interrogates and 'deconstructs' them. She is brought in for 'reconstruction' and gets ready to put them in a new position at C.O.G.S. Inc. She and Top Dog are close partners and are a great one two when it comes to dealing with resistance rangers that come into contact with them.
