very nearly done!! just gotta make a whole bunch of PNGs for her eye and mouth expressions and figure out how to handle her ears, which are separate pieces and can move up and down a little. i dunno if i'll ever give her the full compliment of emotions rachel has, since she's likely just gonna be a side character, but i think Happy and Uh Oh are the two most important ones to have

i'm really super proud of how this turned out. i learned a lot of lessons making rachel, and miel's base PDN file is WAY cleaner (and like twice the resolution lol), which should make potential future updates much less of a pain in the ass
