I didn't really change much from the WIP as I thought I was going to. I'm pretty satisfied with the cloth-likeness that the already existing dithering does, so I just did a little fixing up. I took a couple creative liberties with making the ends of it's arms a little more tattered and the head-tail a little less jagged and I like how that turned out and it also lends to the clothiness of it.
Banette is a perennial choice for one of my top favorite pokemon; they're a good blend of some of my longstanding interests: pokemon, ghosts (spooky and paranormal stuff in general), puppets, and plushies (mostly a big idle fascination on these last two), and it's cute to boot! I really like that spooky-but-cute look Banette (a lot of ghost pokemon, but esp. Banette) has. I think I managed to capture a lot of it's appeal and I'm really happy about that!
