Six emotions, chosen for an array of common expressions, but actually ending up as the same list as the protogen avatar I previously discussed. The Celtic knotwork is an existing trait, being displayed on my ears and tail.
- Neutral (cyan). This is just my baseline appearance, from before I had the idea to use my screens for emotions like this.
- Anger (red). I thought spiking out the knotwork would add to the effect. If it's more a simmering rage, rounded knotwork can still be used. Broken heart felt good for this.
- Shock (yellow). I like how the exclamation mark feels a bit like a ℹ️. I think rounded edges here would signify inauthentic surprise.
- Love (pink). Pictured with instense spikes, but this one makes a lot of sense with both knotworks in common situations. I think it would also pair with heart-shaped irises. Obviously the text means it pulsates, not just to write that word under the hearts. Maybe it should beat instead? I dunno.
- Sad (blue). I read everyone's suggestions, tried out most of them, and upside down heart had the best balance between feeling appropriate and being readable.
- Happy (green). I forgot about this for a while. Not 100% sold on filled heart, but it felt like it wanted something to distinguish it from neutral.
