I just want everyone to know that I call my 15 y/o cat nano "obaa-chan" since I got the kittens, and frequently scold them when they try to play with her by saying "Don't bother grandma! She's retired!"

When she's looking particularly plump I like to call her obaa-pan, 'cuz she looks like a loaf of bread.

Most of the rest of the time we call her "nanobug" or just "bug". Sometimes when i am gazing affectionately at her i call her buggie 💖
