making good on that stim toy post i made a while back

ok i actually started making this post and then realized i have no phone to photograph this with so i went to the AT&T store to try and get my phone repaired and then best buy but neither of those were any good so im going to another city to get it repaired tomorrow so thats probably when im gonna grab pics

in the meantime have this:

honestly this padlock is VERY easy to pick though, very generous bitting and loose tolerances. picking and zipping and raking and a technique i will call "tryout keying"- for want of a better term- with a wave rake all worked. really really glad i went ahead and ordered the progressive practice lock set (non-see-through edition). might be i should get a re-pinning kit too but i think that can wait until i familiarize myself with the practice lock set. and just to be clear, i have NO practice with this and i was able to get into the lock, provided the right tools, in under a minute.

i've been periodically single pin picking and zipping this thing open since i got it though. great stim toy, can't wait to get my hands on more. i already want a decoder tool lol
