I think of all the newer sites I've tried so far, (itaku, pillowfort, cohost), Cohost handles having alt accounts the best...

like, on Itaku it feels pointless to try and have your alt and your nsfw account as a joint thing you can toggle if people are just going to find your sfw in the same space, if you're trying to keep them separate...
