the pain of watching my twitter fandom friends get excited about bsky and like half of the things they ask about don’t work on bsky or are severely limited.
like everything they’ve ever asked for exists on cohost but it doesn’t just click for them? i think the upfront work of looking through tags is a bigger barrier than i expected?
step 1: have cat that will sleep on you
step 2: fall asleep on couch trapped by said cat
step 3: wake up 3-4 hours later neck hurty
step 4: transfer self to bed
step 4a: listen to complaints from cat, acknowledge them and explain need to not fuck up your back again
step 5: sleep till alarm
step 6: become sleepy when you see your cats sleeping bc you have associated sleep with them so now you can social sleep
step 6a: explain why you “slept through” an on-call page at 1pm
if you follow these step you will gain valuable cuddle time with your cat for the low price of new neck issues. plus sometimes cat will sleep silly and you get to see it.
