but I am extremely tired of playing dating sims where if I show the most basic amount of respect to the Childhood Friend character she ends up sucking my dick. like, specifically that character. and I get it, you need one of the characters to be the Easy Mode! and the childhood friend is a good choice for that! but if the only way to NOT end up with her is to basically treat her like hot dog shit? c'mon!
