So a while ago, I decided to attempt to draw all of my ocs as a chibi, and Wilovar was first to receive that treatment! I was attempting to fix my chibi style and trying to figure out what worked still. But I think it turned out pretty good!

No matter where you are, the same outcome occurs: A Ring of Salt will protect you.
As the name implies, a Ring of Salt is shaped like a circle and can span from several hundred feet to several hundred miles. They are often put down near dangerous areas in a symbolic and literal effort to stop the spreading of something detrimental. This means of protection has stretched to mean that putting one down can stop a detriment from showing up in the first place and so they may be seen in towns and villages to deter bad luck and accidents.
The original concept of a ring of salt as protection most likely came from The Outside, though exactly when is unknown, but the idea is ancient and has been passed down for what feels like eons at this point. It's become so ingrained into the minds and zeitgeist of the populace that even if it never worked at the start, the vast power behind the thought of it working has become so strong that now the concept has become truth.
I saw this adorable little outfit meme thing MewMus did a little bit ago. Sketched it out that day, then promptly forgot about it. Been playing around with how I do coloring and started adding speech bubbles cause I'm realizing a few words can add a lot of personality! Despite seeing the outfit a few weeks ago at this point, it was only 3 days of work, as I start to get a better feel for my workflow. This was also a practice in trying not to do every step over several times to get it perfect. Turns out that can save a lot of time!
