A series of crime waves committed by robots seem to be sweeping the town of Detroit. And at the center of it are two major figures: An organization known only as "Venire" that seems to judge society unworthy of the scientific advancements before them... and a lone masked hero seeking to stop them.

Known to some as "Titan II" due to resembling a vigilante known as The Titan, the teal-clad hero with a red gauntlet seems intent on keeping the peace around Detroit. Utilizing a strange technology known as The Code Network, he's able to exchange pieces of his armor for specialized add-ons, from boosters to secondary weaponry, to rescue instruments.

Few have doubted the hero's intentions, but many have questioned who - or what - is behind his mask. To those who truly know him, however, he is simply called Relik.
