Despite being an institute spy, Callah's pretty noncommital about the whole thing. Her core personality relies on her ability to act fun and spontaneous, and she's not pulling data from a human person, so she can be a little unreliable, if not entirely unpredictable. That's how her whole style came about- once they let her loose, she pretty quickly decided to rip herself apart and start playing with body modding! Her signature makeup look is actually tattooed on.
Her being allowed into Diamond City is pretty tenuous, but she likes to make a point of visiting to pester the resident detective. He's put off kicking her out, for now, but their relationship is less than amiable.

making a ref for her was really hard when she doesn't have a "main" look- her hairstyles and outfits are always changing, and just follow a general theme [patchwork americana suit]

Canned Laughter- or "Callah" for short- is my Institute pc! Ingame I used some really light mods to give her synth eyes and called it a day. She's presenting herself as some kind of 'dysfunctional' mid-gen Synth a la Nick Valentine, but her intentions are less then pure- the goofy robot girl playing dressup and using raiders as batting practice is also a spy hiding in plain sight!
