Tilly is an Eladrin, an elf that shifts seasons with their emotions. However her whole deal is that she is locked in winter since her personality is dour and bleak. She always wonders what it would be like to blossom with the joy and celebration of spring. That was the inspiration for this piece.
Since it's snowing again, I too wonder what the joy and celebration of spring is like hah
