A character for a small campaign epilogue thing, Maron of the Third Bell.
He's a divination wizard who uses an engraved bell for spellcasting. It's a family tradition. Can't read text off it that well but the rhytmical sounds help him focus on the spells more.
It's easy to enter the plot when you have foreseen it coming and already made tea to welcome it!
