kind of considering putting together a compendium of lorebits I've been gathering for figuring out SGE!Lucent's stuff - primarily stuff on Sharlayan's culture and history, medical science in FFXIV, personal histories of SGE quest NPCs, and so on. I have no idea if anyone else is interested in those topics, but maybe having them all in one place will make them interesting?

at the very least, it'll be handy for my own reference. and also, it'll give me an excuse to make a pun about "sage knowledge".

I imagine that by the time Lucent leaves Sharlayan (shortly after Endwalker) he's a full sage, and that the process of becoming a sage takes approximately as long as becoming a doctor IRL. so, he's been living there like thirteen years, give or take a few? and he came to Sharlayan as an adult after living some indeterminate number of years as a Wood-Warder
