so I don't actually think Lucent would be a healer main if he played FFXIV. I think he would be a tank main, with a strong bias towards WAR. he likes taking the hits

"which Lucent would win in a fight" RDM!Lucent by a malm, on account of a much larger percentage of his education being fights, and also a much larger percentage of his daily routine being fights. SGE!Lucent is still hard to kill and not a force to antagonize lightly, but he has fewer options if you get close, and on the whole he does not hit as hard as "very angry magic swordsperson barreling towards you, very very angry"

that being said: SGE!Lucent rolls better on intimidate checks.

there was a @WoLQotD question a while back that was something like "would you and your WoL/FFXIV OC get along" and I think the answer is actually that prolonged exposure to Lucent would exhaust me and also teach me several new kinds of anxiety

every so often I wake up and thank the Twelve that we do Not introject (gain headmates based off of a character) easily anymore, especially introjects of our OCs

god I love the ridiculous sage autoattack and I love everything about this ridiculous job

(also the weird healer smock is growing on me. I still wish it didn't have the elbow pads though)
