there was a @WoLQotD question a while back that was something like "would you and your WoL/FFXIV OC get along" and I think the answer is actually that prolonged exposure to Lucent would exhaust me and also teach me several new kinds of anxiety
every so often I wake up and thank the Twelve that we do Not introject (gain headmates based off of a character) easily anymore, especially introjects of our OCs
god I love the ridiculous sage autoattack and I love everything about this ridiculous job
(also the weird healer smock is growing on me. I still wish it didn't have the elbow pads though)
long-suffering fellow doctor: "Lucent, please stop exerting yourself while you're still healing, you don't want to heck up your organs"
Lucent: "It's fine, they can repair themselves if I do"
fellow doctor: "That's not how organs work"
Lucent: "Well, it's how my organs work"
