I'm gonna shill rq for this game/tool:

not just because it's cute and calming and the devs are planning to continually update it, but because we've recently made the realization that YOU AREN'T OBLIGATED TO MAKE YOURSELF IN THE DRESSUP. you can, in fact, have a (humanoid) headmate make themselves for some kind of virtual coworking thing, and for our brain this is like 10x more effective for some reason even though literally nothing has changed except having a virtual representation of them on the screen.

we might go several steps further and play "coworking with your OC/blorbo" too

I think at some point the doctor figures out - through copious application of the Red Science and Shapeling Arts - how to sleep with one half of his brain at a time

(the irony is that this actually doesn't do much to help his sleep deprivation problem, not because it's inefficient to sleep with half a brain at a time, but because he's still often too Excited to sleep)
