Our first CD-Rom drive came with that compilation of David Leadbetter's Greens, Sid Meier's Railroad Tycoon and B-17 Flying Fortress. There's a very small chance I may be able to dig up the manual next time I am visiting family.
I had wondered where exactly the compilation came from! No need to dig it out for me specifically (I have a way to play it now), but it hadn't occurred to me that the disc would have been bundled with hardware.
