so,, likes are basically a placebo yeah? they don't notify the post-er (fine) and i can't use them to go find something later (less fine)?

i also like using likes as a way to b like, "yes, I saw your post u threw into the void and i appreciate it" but i can use comments w/emoji for that and turn this into discord
