Garbage-Chan was brought into the universe as the punchline to a joke that was never very funny to begin with. She's not sure why she exists, only that whatever force brought her into reality saw fit to make it that she can't die, and for her to be generally unpopular.

Now she spends eternity milling around. At some point - she came to the realization that she must be the single worst person/thing in existence, a lesson she's taken to heart, for better or worse.
