So... I had a kivik two seater couch for years. And it has been collecting dust upstairs after the last pen and paper role-playing sessions during pre-pandemic times when you would invite ppl over to your home, prepare fingerfood for them etc... Perhaps a case of beer.. probably not though. Not that kinda guys.
One day wifey said we could try to find space for it in our living room, not much space really though. It was constantly in the way. It could have been neat against the two walls wifey uses as her corner... Or perhaps in my corner. I can corner the workspace we have set up at our desks at in our living room, but they are actually corners. My desk makes me face a wall while wifey is facing into the room.. anyways, the couch was talking up too much space and I had to take it apart to move it from downstairs to here, so I knew how it was constructed and had an idea of how to modify it with minimal work and material to make it for better into this space. The most expensive parts were the rollers and I think I would try a pair of rollers coupled with a pair of gliding feet on the other side next time. The four wheels of rollers are a lot of fun though.
