did a spa day with both cats tonight. Meraki got squirmy on literally her last toenail and i ended up knicking her toe bean; tiny bit of blood but i rinsed + disinfected it, socked it, and made her wear the donut for the night. I'm sure she'll be fine - she stopped complaining about it after the rinse - but I still feel terrible about it, even if it was an accident. accountability post. I gave her a whole churu, and the waterbottle (she got to drink directly out of it, and i let her chew on it a bit). anyhow.
