If I suddenly became a centaur, I don't think I'd be able to control 6 limbs at once very easily. The front two legs and my arms would be fine, but I'd have to reprogram my brain to learn how to move the back two legs. Having an extra body's worth of muscles and organs between my legs and my butt? It'd definitely take some time to understand.
