so. leap seconds were invented in like. the past 100 years. this is fine. we're at a correct time now.
but if you go back further than that, surely there's still like. the need for leap seconds? like we've course corrected since then but the further back in time you go surely the more offset the leap seconds that we DON'T count add, right?
basically. if I went to 6pm, 23rd April 10000BC. how offset from our 6pm would it be. because of leap seconds.
