Finished silent hill 2 last night and while it is an amazing game I got the in water ending and I couldn’t help but laugh at the sad ending with the final line “James you made me happy and then cutting to:

“EPIC GUITAR SOLO”

The fucking tonal whiplash amazing game though.

I was looking over old update videos for the Silent Hill 2: Enhanced Edition mod and I noticed when they were showing off the updated skybox texture for the lookout area that they added in just off-screen (the area highlighted in red is the only portion of the texture visible in-game) the island church from one of the endings that itself is only barely visible in game.

I was thinking about this again and I found the full, clean images, on the project’s Github page if anyone wants them
