I've seen a discussion online about why "adult games suck" and the thing I came out of it with is that people often define "adult game" as a game that's depicts sex, therefore it's for "adults". While I won't dispute the connection to sex that name carries here, I'd just like to say that "adult" doesn't necessarily mean a game where you have sex, but rather like, a game that's about it, at least partially.

And by that definition, I say Silent Hill 2 is, in fact, the best adult game right now. It's almost 50% about one dude's sexual frustration and that's done in an incredibly respectful way that's also not free from judgement.

In other words, play Silent Hill 2.
