Back when she was first moving to Coerthas with Mesdina (for whom the return to Coerthas was a homecoming.) She was rather unprepared for just how cold it was. Certainly she'd experienced winter before, but nothing like the permanent frost that took hold in Abalathia following the Calamity.
Mes was at first worried that her Ninja would demand a return to Kugane. Or that the bite of winter would be a deal breaker. Luckily, her Ninja had the realization that she had a wonderful living breathing space heater to coil around.
