We just got a new espresso setup and bean grinder however, so I realized it was time to better use that space.

The new grinder, a Sette 270wi, is amazing. Super fast grind, a design that fixes a lot of issue I had with my (much cheaper, plastic) grinder. It dispenses via weight instead of time, allowing for much for consistent cups of coffee.
