In this episode we meet the cousin of Wawel dragon, with a great love of milk.

Just look at this sweetpie. We also get more Don Pedro being his best worst self and spying on our heroes.

In today's episode of Baltazar Gąbka our heroes visit an inn and have to deal with Don Pedro's obstructions.

If people actually knew about this cartoon I can guarantee that Don Pedro would be one of most classic of tumblr sexymen. Just look at him! People would go crazy for him.

This shot is in every episode but I just have to say that it makes me laugh every time. It's just so goofy.

I've mentioned yesterday that I would be doing something special for this showcase and this is it: Introducing every episode of animated tv series ,Porwanie Baltazara Gąbki'.

I've mentioned before that most polish animated movies I can think of are actually 'just' a compilation movies of tv series. But not every tv series got this treatment (or have said movie available on the site) and this is one of those. I could, of course, just post general link to the series and tell you all episodes order but... I real like this series. I grew up giving my dvd a workout and a lot of scenes are deeply embedded into my brain. So let me be self-indulgent for a bit. It's also how most poles know the word ,caramba'.

In this episode our heroes- Wawel dragon (I told you, he keeps coming up!) and the cook Bartolini Bartłomiej, on their quest to find out what happened to the titular Baltazar Gąbka (who's last name means ,Sponge') come across bunch of robbers. What happens next will blow your mind...

Note: this is technically the second episode of the series- but the first episode is not translated and the series is too heavy on dialogue for me to recommend watching it without knowing polish. But they make sure to give you summary of the general plot before each episode so you won't be confused.
(yeah I know it's a day late but bare with me)
On September 6th 1993, The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog spindashed it's way onto TV stations!
Taking influence from "golden age" era cartoons, the show follows the wacky yet action packed escapades of the iconic Blue Blur (voiced by Steve Urkel) and his best friend Tails, as they travel the planet Mobius, helping those in need while on the run from the evil Dr. Ivo Robotnik (voiced by Long John Baldry) and his Super Special Sonic Search & Smash Squad (SSSSS Squad for short).
