so weird to see people online using "anglo-saxon" to refer to like modern day people. i know WASPs are a thing in america, but anglo-saxon isn't a culture/language that has existed for like 1,000 years?? feels weird to see people use it unironically to refer to modern day people, including themselves.

currently living with 5 english people, is the cupboard dedicated entirely to tea really necessary.
