i like that the word for the cornish language in breton is essentially "big cornish"¹ because "cornish"² on its own would mean the dialect of breton.

1. kerneveureg. kernev is cognate with the welsh "cernyw" and english "cornwall", but refers to a region in brittany. and kernev-veur is used to mean cornwall, and means "big cornwall" essentially.

i find it weird when people describe themselves as "refugees" or "diaspora" of cohost/tumblr/whatever other site. idk i just feel like those words have much more serious(?) connotations than just not being ona website anymore

these two are 2 years old, and the plain pink and black one was my first 88x31 site button and it's definitely my least favourite. probably the second one here is the clearest to read out of all of them.
