pro tip: if you’re pulling a long gaming session and starting to rage but think “i’ll just take a short break and it’ll get better” — it doesn’t. 4h is maximum time you can allocate to any given task for a day before it starts negatively affecting you. that includes gaming. sure, there are exceptions and sometimes i can pull a successful 7h session and not get angry at the end. but that’s why they’re called exceptions.

so many people don’t understand the concept of 4h/day/activity and that’s why you see people raging at video games. just pick a different game from your library or go for a walk. it’s easy to not rage at videogames.
