So I was playing Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise, and since there aren't any Karaoke machines in the post apocalypse, Sega has to come up with a different wacky mini-game for rhythm game lovers out there. Why it involves a medical clinic, I don't know, but still. Here is the aftermath (spoiler warning, I suck at the actual mini-game)

This is from last October, which is why we're wearing Halloween costumes. I remain resolute that I've done nothing wrong here.
