We’re gonna miss this little astronaut! She and her human are moving to their next home today.

Only two more months with this sweet girl and then she’s moving out and Grayson won’t be On Edge or Jealous for half the day, every day.

(She was severely bullied by a black cat at a former home, she was given to my roommate so she could leave the situation with the black cat actually, and since then she’s hated black cats with a fiery passion. Whenever they make eye contact she immediately goes on the defensive and starts growling or hissing and crouching low. She spends most of her time in a lap to stay away from him, but I think Grayson gets jealous seeing her cuddling his mama.)

Grayson asked for baby time and then walked away instead of laying on me when I got re-oriented onto my back, and Zuko went straight to eating his breakfast instead of demanding his morning rub-down (but he had just been cuddling me in bed before Grayson showed up, and I had been giving him lots of scritches, so maybe his rubbie-meter had already maxed out). So I’m settled on the couch already, and now Shrimp isn’t even a sleepy bean next to me. I’m deprived of cat affection!!

Shrimp eventually came to cuddle and she’s sooooooooo eepy thanks to the heated blanket
