I’m currently reading some of Edward Ardizzone’s Tim books to my eldest son (3). He’s enjoying them a lot! It seems like a good transition between story books, which we read in one sitting, to a book with can be read over two nights. I love Ardizzone’s illustrations too. I’ve got a copy somewhere of Dylan Thomas’ Christmas book illustrated by Ardozzone. I’ll try and dig it out some time.
