I think it's time to throw in the towel on Linux. A regular SIGABRT when runnin' the game on Linux isn't fun. It's not enjoyable. Plus I'm not likely to get any help unless I jump through several hoops, and even then, it's probably lackin'.
Maybe a debloated Windows 11 might work better for my needs.
