Dorks look down on it but having the NPC mindset rocks, I'm constantly giving helpful advice to strangers and giving them quests. Today I told the bus driver about how the LBJ museum had half off admission and he was like THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WANNA DO TODAY and started planning his trip. I once gave a tutorial to a tourist about how to use Google maps so they could get to a BBQ joint. No better way to live baby 😎

Working in customer service for a decade helps me understand why some NPCs stand around saying the same thing day after day: because we’re getting paid, and people keep asking us the same stuff every day!
