  1. thumb goes OUTSIDE your other fingers, not tucked inside

  2. punch through the thing you're trying to hit, as if it's not even there

  3. step forward with your foot on the same side as the hand you're punching with, which allows you to twist your torso into the punch and deliver more power

  4. punching a nazi is always a morally correct action!

so like, if you have to advise an audience how not to break one's thumb throwing a punch, doesn't it seem somewhat irresponsible to actively encourage that same audience to get into fistfights? like, not from an anti-violence perspective but, things can go bad real quickly and you can get hurt real bad if a punch isn't the most serious thing around.

just something to seriously think about
