transreads.org has a downloadable copy of lou sullivan’s autobiography- if you don’t know much about trans history, he was the first openly gay trans man in america to transition and helped define the difference between gender and sexuality as we know it today. sadly, he passed away in the 90s from aids, but we still have his collected journal entries. the introduction is also by susan stryker, my absolute favorite transgender historian of all time. she is a genius. highly recommend this.
