It... seems to be a koto instruction record of some type? There's next to no information about it on the English internet as far as I can tell, and I unfortunately don't know how to read or speak Japanese, but from what I could glean it was pressed in 1973 by the Victor Company of Japan (aka JVC). The inner gatefold is actually a small booklet of what appears to be notes on koto playing technique, as well as sheet music for what I assume are practice exercises.
It's incredibly cool, and if I ever got a chance to work with someone who understands the language more, I'd love to translate both the booklet and the contents of the record itself. 💜
