Excited to try out Lomography's new film stock, I picked up 5 rolls of LomoChrome '92 and shot one last weekend. I slammed that shit into my Minolta CL and shot with little regard for quality, mostly interested to see what kind of colors I could expect from the next 4 rolls. In a Genius Move, I was so careless in my shooting that I left the CL's ISO set to 100 instead of 400. As a result, I had to get the roll developed pulled two stops, and here's what I ended up with.

Honestly, most of the roll turned out much better than I expected. Apart from some gnarly grain, everything held up pretty well. I don't yet have a "correctly" shot roll to compare with, but the colors certainly deliver the early 90's, childhood vacation look that Lomography was aiming for. The lighter colors have a nice pastel look, and there's plenty of contrast. The darks didn't fare as well, but overall I find most the images I got to be Decent. 100 ISO is definitely pulling the stock to it's limits. Even slight color and brightness corrections in Negative Lab Pro quickly destroyed the dreamy pastel world '92 aims to render. The image below has only had a few minor tweaks, but it's very obviously already starting to fall apart.
