iphod (6S): “i am currently playing a podcast”
iphone (11): “okay, you are currently playing audio. do you have an audio device connected?”
iphod: “yes, i do have an audio device connected”
iphone: “okay, you have an device connected actively playing audio. got it.”
…
iphone: “i am receiving a call. please pause the audio to let the User know.”
iphod: “okay, pausing the current audio playback to let the User focus on a call.”
…
iphone: “the call has finished, you can continue audio playback.”
iphod: “okay, resuming audio playback.”
unfortunately, we live in a society where apple devices cannot communicate like that over bluetooth. not sure if they can even do that over an internet network?
