the latest (very rushed, announced like 15 minutes before airing) presidential speech was hyped up like “this will decide the fate of the country!!!”, and then it’s just a 5 minute speech with the only actual point being “we advise wagner soldiers to sign a contract with the MoD or other government agencies”.
