Qiwi, you don’t have to convert to KZT anymore, and apparently there is no fee? some sources say that there is a 7-9% fee, but some people say that they didn’t have any fees added.

I have no idea how/why qiwi still works. I'm pretty sure there's a fee for the KZT route, but you can also pay for Twitch through it and that has no fees since you still pay in rubles.
