it's like a podcast, but with screen recording. so you can tune into this thing, and see the videocast (let's call it that) host switch between like the calling app (bonus points for webcams), browser tabs maybe, showing some other stuff on the computer too while talking in a regular podcast fashion. i think i'd watch that.

it's like a form of podcast that is better. because currently there are 2 types of podcasts - audio-only and video with a webcam layout. the first one is alright, the second one bends into the first, but watching the second option with the video on is just boring. unless you find staring at people's webcams hot or something. i don't. unless it's Dallon Weekes.

I'm just joshin but absolutely, that'd be a pretty decent format. Anything with a visual or web component could do that. The PetaPixel podcast or even WAN show come to mind.
