they invented the digital crown with the apple watch and perfected it. it’s a great input device for scrolling, and They Put That Shit On Everything (see: apple watch, airpods max, vision pro).
but they still haven’t put the wheel on the most sensible device for it - the Magic Mouse. the mouse is probably the longest product without an update that apple still sells as of now. and it sucks, seriously, it’s a touchpad mouse. we have the technology to fix it.
