so i've had to deal with one of them,,, whaddya call them.

bling phones, right. had to set it up. i hate these phones.
150$ phone, right. sounds like good specs, 6K mAh battery, some cool cameras, good 120Hz display? yeah maybe. the software part absolutely sucks though.
i mean, i've used exclusively iPhones for the last 6 years (and a nokia windows phone for a few months in 2017). and every time i touch one of these - i feel like getting cancer, or some sort of radiation poisoning. some random pre-installed apps, useless bullshit features, an unnavigatable settings app, massive cameras. the packaging alone makes me want to explode - it's a fucking triangle. a literal waste of material. if a phone self-installs "recommended apps" after setup without explicit user consent - it should not exist. yet it did.
i'm too tired to complain. the point i want to make is just save up and get a used/refurbished iphone. it isn't worth the pain, unless you want to specifically sideload something (as is frequent practice in post-2022 russia). they're adding sideloading in iOS 17 anyway.
this phone will explode in 3 days anyway. thanks for the 45W charger brick
