apparently iOS only allows one instance of a PWA to exist across your home screens. which means i can’t have separate cohosts on my sleep/weekend focus home screen and my standard home screen.

Dunno if this would work, but try making a second Cohost bookmark with like a # or a ? at the end of the URL and add that one to your homescreen again.
