windows 7 is telling me to install some mystery driver. alrighty here goes nothing.
anyway yeah. doing maintenance on a 2011 device sorta sucks. but it is what it is. windows 7 Just Works when you get the drivers running. still no idea what that driver was because i’ve had to manually download all required drivers from lenovo’s website.
also, finally managed to set up a workgroup, so i can pop into my mac’s storage whenever i want to. should do the same for my server, it only works with AFP now, need SMB for windows compat.
todo tomorrow: replace CMOS battery because this one is dead resets the date to 2010.
